We assist in a variety of ways, including; engineered solutions, planning and building permits and blanket concept design approval from major landlords.

Cost Management

Whether you want to stay under the budget or just want the finances and budget monitored, we have a wealth of cost management knowledge that can suit the nature of your project. We monitor the project finances and cost through services such as cost reports, detailed tender analysis, progress claim assessments and project budget preparation and confirmation.

Value Engineering 

Value Engineering is integrated and carried out in the early stages of the project, through a series of workshops that sees the interaction between key stakeholders. Who provide tools and insightful information that is necessary to make informed decisions that will enhance and greatly maximise clients program requirements and optimise the value of the project.

Green Retailing

An approach toward managing any retail business by incorporating sustainability focused practices.  Retailers would opt for green construction processes and reduce wastage of resources like water, electricity etc. and this could be a strong differentiator for the company.
